Ok, time to get back to it! I finally finished the 45 baseball themed thank you. For those of you that don't know, I HATE BASEBALL!!!!!!!!!!!! It appears that I attract baseball fans though because most of my friends are big baseball fans. The most annoying part of making these cards was the song that played through my head each time I worked on them. Can you guess which song?

"Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don't care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don't win it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out,
At the old ball game."

Very annoying for someone who hates baseball and once I get a song stuck in my head, it stays there for a long time. But the cards were for my bff so I was happy to make them for her.

I have some exciting news! I am starting a new weekly class for you to keep in touch with friends and family. Every monday night, beginning July 13, bring your address book, make 3 cards, address the envelopes (with postage already on them) and I will mail them for you. What a great way to get some time with friends and send snail mail (the best kind) to someone to let them know you are thinking of them.

I also have 2 classes scheduled this month. Rachel requested a 10 for $10 so that is one of them. They will be generic themed so you can choose your greeting. The other class is a SURPRISE class!!!! You will not know what you will be making until you get here!!!

Don't forget to RSVP and hope to see you at least once in July!!!

Here are the remainder of the cards I made for my neighbors (and friends, of course!)

This is going to be my May swap card (yes, I know they are late-- I will be doing them tonight at our downline meeting). I will be using different ribbon as this was SAB ribbon and not current in the cataloge. This card also uses the new Scallop Oval Punch. It is awesome with all the other oval punches that SU sells (all of which I have).

Another favorite card of mine. I love this Petal Pizzaz stamp set. I am so glad I bought it because I have used the heck out of it!

This one uses the eyelet border punch, which was new in the last cataloge. It dresses up any card.

PINK!!!!! Top 2 cards use the Raspberry Fizz DSP and the bottom is the new Manhattan Flower Textured Impressions Die. It is so cool!!! The die was actually Erin's (thanks for parting with it after just getting it) but I just kept it and paid her to order another one for her. I cut the flowers out then inked with a sponge --need to work on this technique because my sponging doesn't look as good as Erin's and everyone knows I want to be just like Erin :D I also really like the clean lines of the top left card.

I saw this on http://splitcoaststampers.com but in the pic there, the card looked blue instead of lavender. The flowers are colored with markers, which gives it that watercolor look. I also really like this card.

These are some of the cards that I made for my neighbors. Sandy needed cards to send to "the old aunties" so I did blank and thinking of you cards. My fav in this pic is the one on the right.

The design on the right I have used for classes and I really adore that card!!!

Sorry about the picture quality here.

Birds, birds, and more birds. They seem to be really popular this year!
Jen needs 45 thank you cards for Max's Little League so here is the design that I CASED. I just have about 38 more to make :)
